The third Sunday of January in Cebu is the Feast of the Child Jesus. Prior to the Sunday celebration is the foot procession passing through the major streets of Cebu City. The afternoon started with an overcast sky. Midway through the procession, it rained. But that didn't deter the devotees; instead, they braved the heavy downpour, occasional thunders and lightnings and the rising waters, all for Sto. Niño. Viva, Pit Senyor!
