Star-Spangled Journey: Filipino Meals (in California) to Start and End Our Wine-Filled Day

Before heading off to a wine-filled day, we had to have breakfast. So my friend brought us to Vallejo to have a Filipino breakfast at Max's restaurant. It's located near the Seafood City Supermarket along Sonoma Boulevard.

Max's here is open not just for lunch and dinner but breakfast as well. They have a breakfast buffet at $ 6.95 with coffee or juice, exclusive of tax. So we had a very typical Pinoy breakfast of pan de sal, fried rice, scrambled eggs, tocino, and bistek to name a few. The works.

We capped our day by having dinner at where else, Jollibee. We had the Chickenjoy, Burger Steak and Lumpiang Shanghai meals as well as peach mango pies.

Oh, and here's a breakfast reminder from Jollibee, taken from The Huffington Post.
